Have you ever been on a treadmill, you can run for miles, all your body organs are being energized by this one movement, the heart palpitates faster, the lungs send oxygen throughout the body, at the same time new living cells are being developed as the old ones die. I equate this to our journey in life.

 

The world is one big circle. What do you know about a circle? In a complete circle, you will always come back to the beginning. Your life cycle starts from childhood to adulthood, and you have completed your cycle from baby, teenager, and adult. Like the treadmill, our cycle starts with a little run in childhood, and the run gets intensified in adulthood, where we have to manage two jobs and children. We can easily get worn out if we don’t manage our time well; we start running out of breath, and our body experiences burnout.

What exactly is the secret, like all gym lovers know, a good diet is as important as good exercise, and don’t forget the supplements. This will include creating time for family, going on vacations, developing a hobby, having a good support system with good friends, and most importantly, having a relationship with your Maker, so in case of any burnout, you can easily go back to the treadmill and increase your tensile strength and endurance.

Exercising the right way can increase your lifespan by 10 years, it all adds up to your regime and your life support system.
